On 18 May Local Member The Hon Anthony Albanese MP came to the club to check out what is happening and to lend his continued support to our building programme including our very important new building and access project.
Above: Life Members Richard Hunt and Joseph Grech and a nice band of BRC members and Balmain High School Juniors were on hand to explain what BRC is all about "rowing for all” and how different we are to a lot of more elite clubs.
Grants are a very important source of income for the club - so thank our local politicians when you see them. Regardless of your politics direction, our representatives at all levels love to hear back and find out they are making an impact by helping us with our grants and other projects.
