The weekend of 14/15 May delivered stunning conditions at SiRC for the State Masters Championships.
Renate, Cassie & Emma took gold in both the A-B 8+ and C 8+ composite crews. Cassie & Renate took out the silver in the WMB 2x. Janine Lippi won bronze in the WMD 1x. In the MMB 1x Nick Mac took out the bronze medal with Bernie & Matt BY hot on his heels in the same race. Kevin Wall also won a silver medal in the MMPara 1x.
It was good to see 3 mixed quads competing with Cassie, Emma, Nick & Bernie having a blinder of a race and narrowly missing out on a podium finish by 0.13 of a second!
Our 2 womens quads and the WM8+ also put in good races with the WMD quad doing well to qualify for the final.
