2 crews of eight and a quad rowed out past White Horse Point to Cockatoo Island as Jeremy Child played the bagpipes from the headland. There was a short ceremony and laying of wreaths on the water followed by a one minute silence to remember our fallen.
"It was such a beautiful morning and a very moving experience" said Ann Pham.
The crews then rowed down to UTS and raced each other back to the shed for coffee and Anzac biscuits.
Thanks to Beverley Malone for organising and to Michael Kemp for the amazing photos!
