Fundraising for the club has really stepped up over the past few weeks:
The junior girls worked their socks off for a full day on the sausage sizzle outside Darling Street Meats who kindly donated all the sausages. The girls even made the local paper. Their combined efforts at the sausage sizzle and Friday night meat raffle, also attended by parents and coaches, raised well over $1400.00.
There have been more great results at the meat raffle with the open men’s squad led by Scott raising a record of nearly $400 and the para team led by Anne continued their squad’s dominating form raising $330.
The committee is delighted with the way every squad is actively fundraising for the club. Let’s keep up the great work!
