Ruby Sutherland made history as the first Aussie Para rower to compete at Henley Women’s regatta in June. Henley is the premier UK event with lots of history and rowers attending from all over the world. Ruby went out hard leading at the start and completed the course in 13:52. Wonderful effort! Looking ahead, 5 of the para squad (Ruby Sutherland, Lauren Webber, Bronte Marshall, Ellie Taylor, Nikolai Olding) are training hard for the Global Games in October in Brisbane where they’ll represent the green and gold.
