On Sunday 23 August Balmain Rowing Club held its Annual General Meeting and Awards Presentations.
We have had a terrific year by finishing off another building project and kickstarting our renewed rowing programs amongst other things. There is an unmistakable energy and vibe in the club which was palpable at the meeting. Congratulations to all the award winners, in particular club person of the year Michael MacCormick, who also took home two other trophies. A big thank you to The Little Marionette for making some of their fabulous coffee for the members who attended - a very civilised way to spend a morning!
